No double-booking. One-hour evaluations. The schedule you build, not the one a corporate target builds for you. Real autonomy on plans of care. Above-market pay. Eight clinics, family-owned, growing.
Resume + a short note on why this role. No cover letter required.
If you trained to be a clinician and ended up running a treadmill of 4 patients an hour, this is a different shop. Family-owned. Eight clinics. Nobody above the owner who isn't a DPT.
No "just squeeze them in." Eval blocks are 60 minutes. Follow-ups are 45. If a day blows up, the front desk reschedules — they don't double you.
We don't have a corporate "manual therapy minutes per visit" target. You decide what the patient needs. Mentorship is available, override is not.
$2K/yr CEU stipend, MedBridge, conference travel, and a structured mentorship year for new grads. We've never had a new grad leave inside 24 months.
20 minutes on the phone with the owner. No pitch deck.
